However, this app is only available on your phone, which means you need to connect your watch and phone together. Non-Samsung phones running Android can connect to Galaxy Watch and Gear. For the best results, make sure your device has the latest software, and be sure to get the Galaxy Wearable app from the Play Store. When connected with non-Samsung mobile devices, some features created by each manufacturer may have limited support and some features, like Samsung Pay, are only available on Samsung smartphones. The Galaxy Watch6 is compatible with non-Samsung phone that have at minimum, Android 8.0 and with a RAM of 1.5GB. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The ECG will not work without a Samsung phone. Everything else seems to work with my Pixel. Unfortunatley, I bought it because my Dr. said to get one with an ECG and I was told it would work with all Android phones. Lies. Also, the battery is the worst!
