Hey Susan, thank you for taking the time to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy Watch7. If your watch's battery is completely discharged, it will not power on. You'll need to charge it before turning it on. If the watch will not power on, it doesn't seem to charge, or the light on the charger blinks, the problem could be anything from the battery, connection, the charger, or the watch itself. Please take a moment to review, "Samsung smart watch will not charge or power on" to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing with your device. The battery on the Galaxy Watch7 is not replaceable at this time. If you have any other questions or if you would like any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to Support. Thanks for choosing Samsung! - Debra
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hopefully its still under warranty and you can return the watch. If not Amazon has tool kits with the battery for around $25 Youtube has the videos on how to replace if handy. Just make sure to label the connectors when digging into the watch.
