Q: QuestionThe spec list does not list Consumer Cellular. Is the unlocked compatible with Consumer cellular since they run on ATT?

• A:Answer I chatted with the Samsung tech line and they claim the unlocked version will work with the ConsCell sim. My only issue is that I am leaving a non-CCell Pay-as-you-go plan, buying this cool new phone. Consumer Cellular won't send me a SIM till I have and IMEI from the new phone. No stores carry their SIM (they only list Target and Target only lists a handful of phones that they hook to CCell, not this one). So I play the juggle game, can't get a SIM till I get the phone, then WAIT for mailed SIM, then check it all hoping that it works and if not that it happens within the return window.... paaaaaaaah.

• A:Answer If Consumer Cellular has a SIM card, then this phone should work with that carrier as it is unlocked. Open Box means the phone was returned for some reason and therefore, it is discounted. I am not sure if this one was returned or not, but, I got a great deal on it.

Q: QuestionCan the keyboard be displayed in landscape (horizontal) mode? Videos about the phone show the keyboard only in portrait (vertical) mode on only the bottom half. This is when the video is describing the ability to change type font and size.

• A:Answer yes. this phone has many options for the landscape keyboard. such as floating, split and regular. floating being a small keyboard in the middle, split is half of the keys on one side and half on the other( My personal favorite, never seen this on any other phones) and thr default keyboard being the typical stretched keyboard across the whole bottom

• A:Answer I don't know much about traveling but being a tech nerd I believe it wouldn't work since you have a locked version of the flip 3 if you had a unlocked version I wouldn't see why you can't connect to there networks but if they have at&t over there then yes but if not I consider talking to at&t for more information about travel with there network.
