If you have total Tech support this should be covered. Take back to Best Buy and see what they can do. Even if you do not have total tech support, you may still be under the warranty period.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If there are small dots on your screen, they could be stuck or dead pixels. Having a couple dead pixels is not unusual, and individual pixels are typically unnoticeable. Take a look at the article titled, "Pink lines or dead pixels on Galaxy phone or tablet's display" to help resolve what you have described as to be experiencing with your device.
