A:AnswerDebra not complete answer...I have same device for almost 3 years and now and not because of wrong usage or fall it turns off when closing the fold...I read online is due to hardware opening and closing fold known issue ...so I understand the folding has a shelf life...if opened box I also understand the phone was opened/closed fold unknown times ...then this reduces the shelf life...not willing to buy if it is a opened box.
