“Will this headset work with BOTH laptops and cell phones via bluetooth? My husband is wanting to use this at work to listen to music either thru his laptop or thru his cell phone. Will this set do both?”

Yes, it will. I currently use these headphone with my Note 4 and my MacBook Pro.
