You can get extra gummy ear pieces on amazon just enter in the search bar :Samsung gear egummy ear pieces..that should work

Please try again later.After contacting Samsung and getting shuffled around to several departments, I found out that the ear gels are not sold separately and the only way to get another one is to buy a new unit. My Gear Circle is now unusable due to an inexpensive part that should be replaceable.
