• It appears to be, but the focus dial has more range on the version Best Buy sells. I have had both the launch version from Samsung and the BB one sold.

• Yes, it is the innovator edition. I own it and that is what you get. It says so on the box.

• Yes, all models are the innovator edition, but be warned, this overheats your phone regularly. And you may have issues down the road as I have. innovator just means its basically in beta and your a tester.
