• It will only work with the Note 4 and S6 Samsung phones. It can affect your bill when you download apps but just using it- no, it won't.

• No, this product works ONLY with the Galaxy Note 4. Only thing on it that affects your bill is the software you purchase and the data for any download time that goes with it.

• It will only work with the Note 4, though it probably has more to do with the modifications the Oculus had to do to reach the performance they required. As for data, normal usage rates apply. If you download and do everything on wifi, no issues there.

• no it only works with the Note 4 and it does require a lot of downloading but if you're on Wifi than it shouldn't affect your cell bill.
