My phone has no carrier contract and I strictly use it on wifi just fine
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on which processor you have, exynos or snapdragon. I have an un-locked snapdragon and it works with mine. I do believe that the team made an update that exynos note 4 can work too now but don't quote me on that. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a Canadian phone. This is unlocked for Canada. In the UK, Germany, Australia, Denmark, and a couple others I can't remember are all unlocked at this point. This is unlocked for the US however not all US carriers have rolled out the firmware updated needed for this to work. You need to have the SnapDragon ARM processor AND GPU, the Exynos is not natively supported (however there are folks that have jimmied a work around via root etc) The best bet is to contact your carrier as they will need to roll this out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So of the time I am writing this only the SM-910A version locked to att [or at least running att's latest kernal/updates provide software support for the gear vr, that's a really good question actually because a lot of people didn't know to ask this and ended up with a gear vr they had to return
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.work with any Note 4
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not tried this myself, but I have seen cases where people from Canada have it working with the US Gear VR without issues. There are some caveats but it's possible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works with Bluetooth so carrier doesn't matter
