In the Gear VR, you need to have a separate compatible phone to put into this headset.

Please try again later.Some headsets are for specific phones the phone makes up the display and the body of the 3hadset has the magnifying lenses in order to make your phone screen large and take up the filed of vision. The Samsung line of smartphones are tied with oculus style headsets that come with a remote and allow a little bit. More of an advanced experience overall. None the less it should be tried by everyone.
