No they do not. Bought mine two days ago, came in today by UPS no instructions, no tips for the ears. I feel cheated.

When I went to the store, they told me I needed to speak with support and they could not help me. They offered to return them and order another pair to see if the next pair would come with tips. You will be rolling the dice when you order these so don't plan on getting any tips.
