• It comes with 2 sets of bands. For me the small bands were installed with the watch face and a second set was included that were a size large.

• Its not a small watch, but it does come with two sets of bands, small and large. My wife doesn't want one, she feels it's too big for her wrist. She is sticking with her fitbit.
