“I have read reviews that orders came with missing bands / broken bands / missing parts; how often does this happen? Does Best Buy know about this? Will they take your word if you go into the store and say you are missing parts and provide as necessary?”

Mine only came with one watchband and I believe the retail version comes with two different size bands. It was well packaged in a plain box, not the retail package but I was not surprised by this due to it being refurbished. With the money I saved, none of these things were important to me and everything works without any issues. That's the main thing to me.
