• Hi there, The HW-Q600C Soundbar comes with a center channel which is where all of the dialogue will be produced from. You also have the ability to increase the center channel levels using the Soundbar remote to further increase the dialogue. ~Samsung Solutions

• It helps as my mother is also impaired. But that being said I was thinking if your tv has Bluetooth it might be worth looking into a bluetooth speaker.
