• Negative. I had the SWA-8500s that was connected to my HW-T650 Sound bar. They will not pair to the new sound bar.

• Yes. It works great. I have a HW-T47M sound bar, which came with the SWA-8500S wireless rear speakers. I wanted to upgrade to eARC and better processing, so I bought a HW-Q600C. I have successfully linked those rear speakers to a HW-Q600C sound bar and verified that 5.1 audio via eARC results in a full 5 channels of separation. I used a YouTube 5.1 test audio track with my Google TV and I verified that each speaker played the tone individually as expected as the video cycled through the channels. It sounds great and the default power levels of the speakers are enough to make 5.1 movies very immersive.
