• I turned my free sync off and back on then it stopped

• Do you have another display to test that the issue is not with the PC? You may need to change the input source on the monitor by pushing the control nub at the bottom to the left, then up or down to choose the input source (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, or DisplayPort)
