Samsung really botched the launch of this monitor. The specs are phenomenal so pre-orders were through the roof. There were some initial quality issues with the front bezel separating from the panel and allowing LED panel backlight to shine through. That seems to have caused a stop-sale and a second round of QC. Meanwhile backorders have kept piling up. I've been waiting since May through another retailer. From what I can tell, Best Buy was one of the first US retailers to get stock and has since received/distributed a second wave about 2-3 weeks ago. I would expect them to come available on about a weekly basis and given BB's history, they seem to do well in getting units.
