• it does come with a charger, but the charger is not a standard one. it has 8 volt output for the larger battery capacity. not sure if the 'typical' usb charger will work correctly with this. also charging port is usb-c connector.

• It comes with a charger and a stylus, but both the pen and chrome book break very easily.
