It's a much better product than the Roomba. Much quieter when vacuuming and when rolling on tile. I am extremely pleased with this product.

As far as return policy BB is the greatest no questions asked. A good example was a year ago my wife purchased a new laptop toshiba computer ($1599) and after a couple months it keep dropping the internet and shut down brought it in to Geek Squad and it keep doing it they returned it and I purchased a Lenova yoga 900 the on and off switch was in a funky place to close to a reset button. After 6 months of fustration returned and perchased a Dell XPS and no problems what so every. Returns were handled with great Customer Service.
