- Answer The vac only has a 30 day warranty, because they have a horrible reliability record. If you didn't get the extended warranty, be prepared to be dissappointed.

- Answer I believe this model has less suction power than the 9350. I bought this one as I have no carpets in my house, so I didn't need all of that suction power. Other than that, they are the same.

- Answer It's a much better product than the Roomba. Much quieter when vacuuming and when rolling on tile. I am extremely pleased with this product.

QuestionWe purchased 3 of these at $599.00 each. before we even received them they went on sale and they are now $499.00 each - will you credit our account for the $300.00 difference?

- Answer If you purchased at BB they will match it no questions asked. We purchased a Samsung 65" color tv for $1899.99 and it went on sale twice after the purchase and just took the sales reciept to BB twice and they credited our account for over $400.
