Best Buy will have a 14-day Return and Exchange Policy, regardless of your My Best Buy membership status. Warranty is 90-days for Labor and 90-days for Parts. There is the option of adding Samsung Protection Plus (It's a newer program similar to Apple Care, for the most part). Samsung's terms and conditions for eligible devises "Contract is only available for new communications devices under manufacturer’s warranty or, at Our discretion, certified reconditioned communications devices". Thought these were manufacturer refurbished items... (I know that technically refurbrished and remanufactured are different but a lot of times they are used interchangeably)
