Yes, it has HDMI and will receive most video signals. However, it probably won’t do audio. A headset or other external solution will be needed for sound.

It has HDMI in, but no speakers or audio out (not even a headphone jack). So unless the PS4 has some other kind of audio out it's not going to work very well.
