“The specs says- wireless B,G and N wifi. I got one and installed it to my daughter's apartment with WIFI that doesn't ask for password and it never worked. I tried it to my hotspot and it worked. I called aprtment office, no ans. Any suggestion guys”

I suggest using a WiFi connection that is password protected. More importantly is a WiFi connection that you own and isn’t provided by another party.
