I don't think so. It only has one hdmi in (4k player, blu ray, or cable box) and one that goes out. If you put in your tv arc then you will have sound for the tv and which ever one of the three devices mentioned previously. To run multiple devices with one hdmi out you need a receiver with multiple hdmi ins and one hdmi out to the tv arc hdmi in.
