Tech set mine up so that I use only my cable remote. Must be a way to sync them. If not in the manual, call the Geek squad and they should be able to talk you through it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to use the Soundbar Controller to Turn it on and make any adjustments. I leave my Soundbar ON even when My TV is off .There are button on the Right side of the Soundbar also to turn it on and make changes.
