I've had this issue, too, with another model samsung 4k player and my Sony TV. When my tv turns on due to the player being turned on, my tv screen constantly flashes. Must be some kind of bug Samsung needs to fix with an update. To fix it, I use my TV remote to turn the tv off and on again, but it's still annoying.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is fairly easy to hook-up. You should plug in your hdmi cable into the back of your DVD player & then your tv. You also have to set it up. I would try resetting it up & if that doesn’t work-the the 1-800 # in the instructions.
