There are a number of things to consider. I’m sure you have a HDMI cable and if you do put it in one of the HDMI ports behind the TV. Remember which one you put it in. Then with your remote toggle to sources and choose the port you put the DVD player in. It should work
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We bought ours and also a 4K movie. Hookup was simple. I used a specified 4K cable connected to my 4K tv. Picture is great. Is your tv 4K and is your HDMI cable 4K certified?
