- Answer This happened to me the other day but I realized I had not fully connected the HDMI cable all of the way. I checked and I pushed the cable into the 4K player until I heard a click. After this it did not do this anymore.

QuestionDoes anyone feel like the 4k picture looks sharper when the Soap Opera Effect is turned ON? Am I the only one that sees a difference? I HATE the Soap Opera Effect, but I feel like the resolution looks better when it's on. HELP!!!

- Answer I've had this issue, too, with another model samsung 4k player and my Sony TV. When my tv turns on due to the player being turned on, my tv screen constantly flashes. Must be some kind of bug Samsung needs to fix with an update. To fix it, I use my TV remote to turn the tv off and on again, but it's still annoying.
