• NO, there is no power light on the front. Very frustrating considering this unit does not power on sometimes?

• There is no lights on the unit to tell you whether on or not but you can here a slight tick when operating thatS all I've noticed

• I have the same problem. When I switch inputs on the tv, it sometimes will not find this device because it is not turned on.

• No, no power indicator. Only way to know it's on is to view the hdmi input it's connected to.

• It does not have a power on light. All you can do is insert a disc and the menu comes up. I was wondering why no light myself. Other than that it has worked well.
