This model has one USB, one HDMI, and one optical dgital output.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It has hdmi which transmits audio and video to a tv with hdmi input. The only audio output it has (for connection to an amplifier) is digital coaxial. That was not compatible with my old amp, so I bought a new Sony unit that does hdmi pass-through. hdmi out from the Samsung to the amp (for audio), then another hdmi from the amp to the tv for video. Very clean and simple cable connections: my Uverse also connects hdmi to the amp the same way.
