“Are these speakers compatible with model HW-Q700A. If not is there a wireless rear speaker with Dolby Atmos I can purchase. I love the soundbar but now think I possibly did not think about rear speakers enough. Thanks for your help.”

Yes I was able to connect those speakers quite easily. But they will not be loud enough to hear unless the show you are watching specifically has a surround sound portion to send through those speakers. They are not intended to spread the front speaker sound to the back speakers on a regular basis.
