QuestionI own two of these and the base for one of them has never fully been able to support the weight of the screen and droops downward. I just saw today that the inside of the base connector has deteriorated. Who do I contact to get a new base?

- Answer You probably never connected the screw at bottom.. My screen is very strong.. I almost didn't connect the screw and it would slope screw tight...nake sure little knoth is un right place and yes you have to pick it up and look under it the right way that see if help

QuestionI am looking at this monitor to game with on an Xbox One. I do not have a hard drive to power the monitor with. Could this monitor be plugged directly into a wall outlet or does it need a power source like a hard drive to run?

- Answer I assume you meant to ask how to turn the volume on... You must connect it to the HDMI in order for the volume to work. If your XBOX doesn’t have HDMI capabilities, purchase an adapter and that shall do the trick.
