“I own two of these and the base for one of them has never fully been able to support the weight of the screen and droops downward. I just saw today that the inside of the base connector has deteriorated. Who do I contact to get a new base?”

You probably never connected the screw at bottom.. My screen is very strong.. I almost didn't connect the screw and it would slope screw tight...nake sure little knoth is un right place and yes you have to pick it up and look under it the right way that see if help
