QuestionI don't want the stand to tilt nor the monitor. How do I get it to stand vertical?

- Answer We found that the screw holding the base plate on needed to be tightened properly to eliminate the play to then eliminate the tilting. I used a larger screwdriver to really torque down on the screw to get it to seat properly. There should be no play or wiggle in the baseplate if it's tightened enough.

- Answer There are USB-C to HDMI adapter "dongles" on the market, along with other adapter devices should one's computer not have an HDMI port built-in. Best Buy has SKU 6424886 for one such product.
