Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1) make sure it’s plugged in, no power no power! 2) make sure it’s plugged into the correct display port on your pc. Your pc should automatically detect the monitor and power it on if not then follow step 3 3) You may have to press and hold the button for 3 seconds before it powers on. This is a feature of Samsung devices it prevents accidental power usage by making the user have to hold the button down like you would with your phone. 4. Press the button again to see if the menu comes up… the monitor may already be on with no indicators 5. If all else fails return it to the store lol
