This is from the Consumer Reports description: Text printing was very quick, 12 pages per minute, costing 5.4 cents per page. Its color graphics printing is very good for reports, newsletters and web pages, at 2.3 pages per minute, costing 50.4 cents per page.

Get you toner cost and divide it by the Yield amount, which should give you an approximate per page cost. Remember that when trying to find figure out color cost, you’ll need to add up all colors. Example: If Black toner cost $100 and yields 2500 100 divided by 2500 Cost per page is $0.04 If color toners each cost $100 Yellow yields 2500 Magenta yields 2500 Cyan yield 2500 (100+100+100)divided by 2500 Cost per page is $0.12 The reason you divide by 2500 and not 7500 is tha all color cartridges are combined to form all colors. For instance if I print a paper with green, depending on the shade of green I just used some yellow, cyan, and a little magenta to create that color. It all counted towards the yield count as one page on each cartridge. Hope that makes sense.
