This is a great quality color laser printer, however I bought it to print to cardstock and it DOES NOT do so. The specs on Samsung's website say that it uses cardstock, but once you get the printer installed and look at the manual from the included disc, it tells you that it only goes to 32# paper or 43# paper. No one carries 43# and 32# is paper, NOT cardstock. I am disappointed by that, but otherwise the printer works great.

This is a pretty good quality printer for the money. My only two complaints are that when I try to print from my phone it doesn't wake the printer up and connect to the wifi so it says no printers found. I have to go to the printer to wake it up, and it doesn't print envelopes well.

I had been looking for a laser color printer for awhile but did not want to spend a lot of money. I waited patiently and got this on a deal of the day. I didn’t use my ink printer often enough so the ink always dried out well before I got my money’s worth. I hope this printer and toner last a long time. I haven’t used it much yet. For a novice in tech it took me a bit to set it up but I accomplished it by myself. I haven’t figured out how to scan to the computer without going thru a lot of steps, but maybe there isn’t a shortcut for that. Took me awhile to figure that out and will probably forget what I did the next time I need to use it.

This printer is perfect for a small office with limited space for equipment. The printer is light in weight and easy to use. The color is great and does not bleed. If you are doing repetitive work such as flyers and or invitations it is a bot slow, otherwise is just what you need in a small office.

This was a Consumer Reports highly rated printer. I got the printer today and had it setup wirelessly in a matter of minutes, connected to my iMac and small business network. The set up was really easy and quick, and the software is clean and intuitive. The printer is attractive, has a relatively small foot print, its quite, and its pretty quick. I replaced an HP that had been buggy and a bit of a boat anchor the entire time I had it. I've tested the printing and scanning on my iMac, and it all works seamlessly. This is a dream. I highly recommend the printer.

It is a little bulky, other than that no complain at all, it works really well. Hopefully it will last long.

When I wasn't able to connect my old standby, ink guzzling inkjet all-in-one to my network because my new PC runs Windows 10, I finally reached my limit with that inkjet unit. To force the issue, that inkjet which had been successfully installed on my wife's Windows 8.1 PC was no longer accessible there either because of a Microsoft update to 8.1. Because I already had a Samsung c410 color laser printer, I simple decided to go with a family product. As it turns out, this is the best all-in-one printer that I have owned. It is compact and performs perfectly in every incorporated mode.

For basic home use it’s a really nice printer, the color looks amazing. But it’s not fast, so It’s not that great for small business that needs frequeant printing. If you only need it for maybe 20-30 pages a day you can’t beat this all in one. Super easy to set up and operate, and it looks very nice too. My iPhone also instantly picked it up, so all in all it’s a very nice piece, I just wish it was faster

Samsung cut some corners on this printer. For example, it's set up screen is extremely difficult to navigate through. I still haven't set some features up because it just takes too long and you have use trial and error to figure things out. The second major flaw is you can put card stock into the main feeder. It just gets stuck. Such a basic feature, it amazes me its missing.

This copies originals and prints from my laptop clearly and quickly. I haven't tried to scan yet. I definitely think the paper tray should NOT stick out!!! All of the pictures show the tray flush with the printer.

We have had this printer for a couple months now, I was easy to set up and prints easily fir our home office. I have printed from email, scanned to email, copied, scanned and printed larger version, and printed multiple photos. The print quality is perfect for what we use the printer for.

I bought this from Best Buy daily deal being good experience with prior good BW laser printer , but set up was very ‘clunky ‘ and time consuming . Setting wireless wasn’t easy , rather difficult . Very narrow LCD window total inconvenience, especially for elderly.

Great machine for what I need it to do. Print quality is outstanding. The only thing that is a pain is the machine doesn't automatically print on both sides! You have to take the print and load it in the paper tray to print the other side.

I bought this for my 100 yr old mother so she could print from her iPad & her laptop. In addition I can print from my laptop when I visit her. The ink cartridges in the inkjet printer she had previously dried up if it wasnt used often enough. The color laser printer solves this problem. I had also bought one of these Samsung color laser printers for my daughter-in-law & it worked great. It was $350 on sale for $175 & I used some of my Best Buy Rewards too, making it a terrific value.

This is my first laser printer and I love it so far. It works pretty fast and the print looks crisp. i like that it is multifunctional.

A very nice printer, which was easy to set up. Had to link to WiFi a couple of times before connecting but has worked well. Print quality is very good.

I guess for the money, it's ok. But it's not what I was looking for. I previously had a brother mfc that I LOVED but it only printed in black and white. So after researching color laser printers, we chose to go with this one. It's a super slow printer. It freezes up. It wont print on cardstock. It's very frustrating that it cant do the tasks I need it to do. I would spend more money and get a much better grade. This one is junk.

And it’s a nice looking unit. For the discounted price it was a great buy. It does all that it’s supposed to. I was able to print from my iPhone 6 instantly. The color printing is not as fast as I’d like, but for home use it’s a perfect unit for the cost. Nice quality prints

Works great, prints great... loses networking ability once per week and needs reset.
