This Samsung printer is really state-of-the-art. My only complaint is that I could not connect the fax to my current landline home telephone with Cox Communication. I hired The Geek Squad to help, but the technician determined that I would need to have a 2nd phone line dedicated to operate the fax function. I'm dissatisfied with not being able to use the fax, otherwise it is a very nice printer.

This is the second identical printer I bought. I like the printer just fine but one by one I had to replace $125 parts. Fortunately parts 2 and 3 failed one at a time and I bought a new one rather than spen $375 in replacement parts on a $250 printer.

I guess for the money, it's ok. But it's not what I was looking for. I previously had a brother mfc that I LOVED but it only printed in black and white. So after researching color laser printers, we chose to go with this one. It's a super slow printer. It freezes up. It wont print on cardstock. It's very frustrating that it cant do the tasks I need it to do. I would spend more money and get a much better grade. This one is junk.

I needed a color laser printer that connected easily to WiFi and I could print from my phone and other devices. Great choice.

Printer is wireless and was very easy to hookup. Fast at printing and very quiet. Thought it was going to be bigger but glad it is small and saves on space.

I only bought this one bc it works with the expensive toner i had just bought for Samsung printer that suddenly quit in less than a year.

We have had the printer about a month now and it is working great. It is in an office environment where it gets a good workout every day.

This printer replace a Samsung color laser printer that work without problems for 12 years. It is nice to have a scanner.

So far this printer works just fine. It is just what I need and no more.

I would suggest this printer. It does everything you need for a small business

This might be great via USB or with a different setup than I had but it wouldn’t clear print jobs after printing so every time I wanted to print another document I had to clear the print job manually, Best Buy refunded me the full purchase price plus protection plan no questions asked. What can I say, this is a nice color printer made by Samsung.

This is an outstanding product for individuals who just need a copy/printer combo.

at this time everything is okay the samsung Xpress C480FW.

Wife loves the wireless features very impressed!!!!
