Will it sync with itunes like an IPod? null

No it will not. I have had one of these and the itunes program, the program did not even know it was there. Might I add I have had a few of this brand. You should not connect them to a PC and an apple computer, for some of reason going between the two causes issues. Just use it on one or the other. If you must, a micro SD card can be used on one, while the player can be used on the other.
