• Download the user manual. It has the answer for you. What I did for mine was use the navigation buttons on the front of the player to select the source to play my music from. You can choose internal or external. You won't have access to both at the same time.

• Go to Settings then when the Settings menu appears, scroll down to Format. Click on Format. You will see Internal Memory and External Card. Click on Internal Memory.
