Dose it come fully charged null

No, it has some charge, but they tell you to charge it fully before use.

It came charged to about 80%, which is actually pretty good. This had plenty to load some songs to and check it out. In my experience, most electronics that rely on batteries require an initial full charge so this was quite nice. Realistically, though, no reasonable person would expect any battery powered item to come fully charged. Batteries will lose power over time even sitting on a shelf (hence the term 'shelf-life'). I have been well pleased with the performance and reception of the radio, as well. The headphone buds are pretty cheap but I expected that and already had some purchased separately.
