You need to use a USB cord that includes wiring for data. Many cords are just used for charging and don't have all the pins connected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think any micro USB cord should work. I charge mine with a different cord than the one that came with it. I believe I also transferred some MP3 files the same way.
