- Answer Hi, please be informed that this MP3 Player only supports playing the ".mp3" file formats among a few other audio file formats. Since an audio file cannot store a video information, the audio of the video file can only be listened to when converted from a MP4 file format. In order to know how to convert an MP4 file to an MP3 file, it would be best to contact your computer manufacturer/ software service provider.

QuestionThere seems to be no real volume control. Only a high and normal setting, two choices that is it. That is your only choices. Is this true? That is a major problem if I can't control the volume more than high or low. Am I missing something?
