“Hi, I received a new Clip Sport Plus 16 GB as a gift. I put it on the charger and when I went to use it it did no turn on, so put it back on the charger and it will not charge? is it a lemon? or do I need to reset it...please advise...thanks..Tenawa”

TRY : press and hold the on/off button for 20-30 seconds If that does not work go to website and ask question of tech support
