Should not be a problem. MAC OS X reads and write to FAT32 volumes and reads NTFS volumes natively - extensions exist to allow writing to NTFS volumes.

The only way you can move files between a Mac and PC is if both computers are using the same file system. The type of USB drive does not matter.
