• The 128GB Cruzer Glide worked fine Windows 7 to Win10. I don't think you will have any problem with XP to win10.

• It works just fine on Windows 10, the compatibility listings are fairly null. As long as it has USB ports and drivers it can read and write on this thumbdrive.
