• Yes it is formatted in Fat 32 but you can reformat to exFAT or NTFS if you would like.

• That is up to you. Windows will prevent formatting it as FAT32 but you can use a 3rd party application like Easeus Partition Master to do it (available free).

• Yes. Most of the time when it comes from Best Buy, its already formatted with the FAT32 file system

• No, but you can format it or just plug it into your xbox and it will automatically format it for you
