can you program your lg smart t.v. to record shows at various times onto this USB flash drive and then plug it in to the LG DVD-USB direct record unit to watch them ? null

I believe you can since it’s just like a dvd being played but instead you’re going Used Flash drive.. good luck!!

I have an LG 65" 4k television that I absolutely love, but I am not sure that my television has this feature. I have not heard of any televisions that have this feature, to be honest. I would go to LG's website and see if they have a community forum and ask your question there. Make sure that you have your exact LG TV model number. Or, you can e-mail their support team and ask your question. I have my LG TV hooked up through DirectTV and I honestly do not think it would be possible on my LG smart 4k television to do this, especially if the shows are on different channels. My TV doesn't have the capability to control my DirectTV box to change channels as far as I know. Sorry if I could not be of more assistance.

While I don't have this particular TV, in general for recording video in high resolution, you will need higher speed drive (may be USB 3?)
