Correct. When they say 80MB per second, it really DOES transfer that fast. Way faster than an UHS-1

Extreme PLUS is one of the fastest made. The VERY fastest one they make is Extreme PRO, now that one is lightning fast, and capacities up to 512GB as of this writing. Pricey though. I couldn't afford the 512GB but the smaller ones are nearer to my price range. I have tried the Extreme, Extreme PLUS, and Extreme PRO, and yes, the PRO is the fastest, but the PLUS is pretty much the same superfast speed.
